The setting was quite marvellous and pleasant within easy reach of an enclosed cobblestone square. The check in was early and the atmosphere was contemporary throughout the hotel.

The studio suite is practical and spotless.

Location

Flat is not well maintained: window did not closed properly, bathroom smells dampness, sofa was very much used. Laundrette "luxuriously" expensive: 5 euro for washing and 4 euro for drying.

A good central location with easy Metro access that is relatively quiet for a city

The studio accommodation is tight and uses an uncomfortable bed settee. We changed and paid more to gain a bed and space. The construction of the accommodation means you suffer from internal noise and cooking smells. Overall a bit tired.

Loved this reasonably priced hotel, easy to find, with gentle staff at check-out. Everything was really good, including quick breakfasts with the rate provided, very good coffee plus sausage.

The central location made it easy to explore the area, with many restaurants nearby. The kitchenette was functional, with essential appliances that helped with meal prep .

Some kitchen supplies were lacking.

The location near Grand Place is fantastic, with access to local attractions. I appreciated the comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchenette, although the lack of daily housekeeping could be improved.

Reception was always understaffed with big queues. One particular group of people in a nearby room made a lot of noise.

I like location of hotel - nearby Sainte Catherine metro station.

Request to see if a room with a kitchenette is available, as having the option to cook can greatly enhance your stay.

very good location

filty carpeting, unconfortable bed, cleaning the rooms once a week, lack of soap, shampoo - simply the hotel is overrated, not worth the many you pay - a very big change (in minus) since my last visit

Very helpful staff but electrics blew the first morning and as we only had 1 whole day in brussels it was disappointing to have to wait for a new room and then pack up everything and move to another room.
